I had a great time working with Ron, Jana and the SWAT team! These guys were a blast to photograph! Not only did we put them through the "rigorous" pace of a photo shoot, they happily returned the favor as they put my wife and I through one of their intense Cross-fit classes. I'll tell you what, i've been in sports all my life, and this class reminded me of those intense training camps! My body felt like it was put through a meat grinder, but after a short recovery period, I felt invigorated and so did my wife.
